FEATURES
DESCRIPTION
The ADC122S101 is a low-power, two-channel

The ADC122S101 is available in an 8-lead VSSOP
package. Operation over the industrial temperature
range of 40°C to +85°C is ensured.
These devices have limited built-in ESD protection. The leads should be shorted together or the device placed in conductive foam
during storage or handling to prevent electrostatic damage to the MOS gates.
