Working with Documents on TI-Nspire™ CX II Handhelds
All of the work you do with a TI-Nspire™ CX II handheld is contained in one or more TI-
Nspire™ documents, which you can share with other handheld users and with those
using the computer software.
• Each document is divided into at least one, and up to 30, problems.
• Each problem contains at least one, and up to 50, pages.
• Each page can be divided into as many as four work areas.
• Each work area can contain any of the TI-Nspire™ applications (Calculator, Graph,
Geometry, Lists & Spreadsheet, Data & Statistics, Notes, and Vernier DataQuest™).
Opening a Document
1. From the Home screen, select My Documents.

Press 2.
The file manager opens.
2. Navigate to the file you want to open.
• Press ¤ to highlight the document name, and then press x or · to open
the document.
• If the file is in a folder, press ¤ to highlight the folder, and then press x or
·to open the folder.
3. Press ~ to open the Documents menu to access options for working with the
open document.
Creating a New Document
1. From the Home screen, select New Document.
