create vowels used in some languages. You can use these vowels in variable names and text.
Adding a Modifier to a Vowel
Select the modifier from the
CHAR
INTL
menu. ALPHA-lock is on. If necessary,
switch to alpha-lock.
Enter the uppercase or lowercase vowel
over which you want the modifier.
