varPop()

varPop(List[, freqList]) ⇒ expression
Returns the population variance of List.
Each freqList element counts the number of consecutive occurrences
of the corresponding element in List.
Note: List must contain at least two elements.
If an element in either list is empty (void), that element is ignored,
and the corresponding element in the other list is also ignored. For
more information on empty elements, see page 131.
