Range
The TPS54260-Q1 device is a 60 V, 2.5 A, step down
Device HBM ESD Classification Level H2
regulator with an integrated high-side MOSFET.
Device CDM ESD Classification Level C5
Current mode control provides simple external
3.5 V to 60 V Input Voltage Range
compensation and flexible component selection. A
low ripple pulse skip mode reduces the no load,
200-m High-Side MOSFET
regulated output supply current to 138 μA. Using the
High Efficiency at Light Loads with a Pulse
enable pin, shutdown supply current is reduced to 1.3
