The SequenceEventData field in the configuration parameters specifies the rail and GPO sequencing and
shutdown parameters. The address map for these registers is as follows:

The format for each register is as follows. The value in the ENABLE field of the SequenceEventParameters
register determines the measure represented by the value in the RAILDATA field of the SequenceEventData
register.
