1. Introduction Thank you for purchasing the IR VIDEO Thermometer which is capable of non-contact (infrared) temperature measurements with visual camera at the touch of a button. The built-in laser pointer increases target accuracy while the backlight LCD and handy push-buttons combine for convenient, ergonomic operation.
Distance & Spot Size As the distance (D) from the object increases, the spot size (S) of the area measured by the unit becomes larger. The relationship between distance and spot size for each unit is listed below. The focal point for each unit is 914mm (36"). The spot sizes indicate 90% encircled energy. 3. The unit's optics sense emitted, reflected, and transmitted energy, which is collected and focused onto a detector.
•Emissivity Emissivity is a term used to describe the energy-emitting characteristics of materials. Most (90% of typical applications) organic materials and painted or oxidized surfaces have an emissivity of 0.95 (pre-set in the unit). Inaccurate readings will result from measuring shiny or polished metal surfaces. To compensate, cover the surface to be measured with masking tape or flat black paint. Allow time for the tape to reach the same temperature as the material underneath it.

1.Einführung Vielen Dank für den Kauf unseres IR-Video-Thermometers. Das Instrument eignet sich zum Messen und gleichzeitigen visuellen Dokumentieren per Knopfdruck. Der eingebaute Doppellaser zeigt den Messfleck, die Hintergrundbeleuchtung erleichtert das Ablesen und das ergonomische Design gewährleistet eine leichte Bedienung. Mit dem Instrument können Sie Oberflächentemperaturen an schlecht zugänglichen, rotierenden oder auch unter Spannung stehen Teilen messen, ohne das Messobjekt zu berühren.
Entfernung & Messfleck Wenn sich die Entfernung zum Messobjekt vergrößert wird die Fläche des Messflecks(S) größer. Das Verhältnis von Entfernung und Messfleck wird nachfolgend beschrieben. Es kann in diesem Modi ein Bild oder ein Film aufgezeichnet werden. 5.2.1.Foto-Funktion Im Modi IR-Kamera drücken Sie die Up-Taste für Bilderfunktion, danach erneut die Up-Taste drücken um das Bild zu speichern. Zum nicht speichern drücken Sie die Down-Taste.
5.3.IR-Messung Zum Messen der IR-Temperatur, Lufttemperatur, Feuchte, Taupunkt-, Feuchtkugeltemperatur ohne Fotofunktion. Es kann IR-Max, -Min, -Dif und Durchschnittstemperatur angezeigt werden. 6.1.Emissionsgrad einstellen In der ersten Zeile(E = 0.94) drücken Sie Enter zum Einstellen/ Ändern des Emissionsgrades. Drücken Sie die Up- und Down-Tasten zum Ändern des Wertes, mit Enter bestätigen Sie die Eingabe. Zum Verlassen und Speichern betätigen Sie die ESC-Taste. An Aus 7.Hinweise - Funktionsweise Ein Infrarotthermometer kann man sich wie ein Fotoapparat vorstellen. Die Linse als optische Einheit bündelt die von einem Körper abgestrahlten elektromagnetische Wellen und sendet diese auf eine lichtempfindliche Schicht.
-Emissionsgrad Der Emissionsgrad eines Körpers gibt an, wie viel Strahlung er im Vergleich zu einem idealen Wärmestrahler, einem schwarzen Körper abgibt. Es charakterisiert die thermoenergetische Strahlung von Stoffen. Die meisten(90% der typischen Anwendungen) organische Materialien, lackierte oder oxidierte Oberflächen besitzen einen Emissionsgrad nahe 0.95(Werkseinstellung). Große Messfehler sind bei Messungen an glänzenden, polierten oder blanken Metalloberflächen zu erwarten.
