Emergency
NOTE
Emergency messages can only be configured by the
administrator. If the user is not logged in as ADMIN and selects
MANAGE EMERGENCY, the user will see this icon,
indicating this function is not available. Login in as the ADMIN
to continue.
On the Emergency page, the admin can set up an emergency message. The Management Portal
configuration is restricted to an emergency email only. Select EMAIL from the pull down list
(Figure 4-22). Enter the required information shown in Table 4-4 (example data shown in Figure
4-23) along with the message to be sent and select APPLY. NOTE: Selecting APPLY does not
send an emergency message. It saves the settings and message. Sending the message is done
through the EMERGENCY menu item.
