Press the two door buckles at the same time and then open the door (21).

Door buckle

M5 x 18 bolt

D5 spring washer

M5 nut

Place 2 cylinder connection bar brackets (9) on bottom panel (29) and 2 washers 2 (28) under

bottom panel (29) in position, then secure them with 4 M5 x 18 bolts (AA), 4 D5 spring washers

(BB) and 4 M5 nuts (CC).

INSTALLATION Step 3 Connect the cylinder fixing wire (24) to 2 support poles A (8) with 4 M6 x 10 bolts (DD) 8 24 DD Hardware Used DD M6 x 10 bolt 4 Step 4 Insert the guard (1) into two horizontal holes at the top of the front panel (3) as illustrated and then insert it into two vertical holes at the bottom of the front panel (3).

INSTALLATION STEP 5 Place 4.5 lbs gas cylinder (23) into bottom panel (29). 23 29 Warning: cylinder valve should be facing the same direction as the arrow of the bottom panel. STEP 6 A. Connect regulator and hose assembly (20) to gas cylinder and turn counter clockwise to tighten it. B. Insert the cylinder connection bar (25) into cylinder connection bar bracket (9) holes and then lift it up to position to secure as illustrated. Pull or press down the cylinder connection bar (25) if needed.

INSTALLATION WARNING: Test all gas piping and connections for leaks after installation or service. Never use an open flame to check for a leak. Apply a mixture of liquid soap and water to all joints. If there is a leak, bubbles will form. Correct all leaks immediately. STEP 7 Close the door (21) to locked position. 21 Locked position USING WITH OPTIONAL STANDARD HOSE AND REGULATOR CONNECTED TO 20 LBS CYLINDER STEP 1 Place one wrench at position A and use another wrench to hold nut at position B.

INSTALLATION STEP 2 Connect the standard hose and regulator assembly to the valve at position B by turning the wrench clockwise and connect the regulator to 20 lbs gas cylinder by turning counterclockwise to tighten it. Note: Check all hose connections for leaks with soapy water at the threaded connection. STEP 3 Use plier to carefully break down the plastic at lower right corner of door, put the hose through the gap of door. Close the door (21) to locked position.
