CARING FOR YOUR CONCRETE SURFACES
After installing new concrete surfaces or dealing with existing
surfaces e.g. Stamped, Exposed aggregate, Broom finish, Pavers, etc. it’s important
to properly maintain these surfaces. Regular care will extend the life and coloring
of patterns so your family can enjoy the looks for years to come.
Follow these simple tasks to keep your concrete a fresh and new look:
 Apply a “two coat” quality solvent base sealer system to create a waterproof surface. First: A primer coat to penetrate and
create a “grip” for subsequent coats (Required only once). Second: A wear coat for maximum protection.
 The next season clean the surface and let dry. Apply another wear coat to maintain brightness.
 Each subsequent season perform the porous test. (Sprinkle water in various areas. If it soaks in another wear coat is
needed).
 A wear coat should be applied every second year to maintain a protective waterproof surface.
 To maintain luster a White Out treatment can also be applied in off years.
 Wipe up oil, salt and other spills on driveways & patios immediately to prevent damage to the surface..
 Sweep and wash on a regular basis to minimize dirt and debris build up.
