Chim - Cap Corp. makes every effort
to assure that all of our products are
of the highest quality and meet
industry durability standards. We
warrant the original purchaser that
this product is free of manufacturer’s
defects, rust and corrosion for the
LIFETIME of the product. This
warranty does not apply to damage
caused by Acts of God, directly or
indirectly misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs or
alterations made outside of our facilities or to lack of proper
maintenance. This warranty does not include surface rust. We shall
in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or to
incidental, contingent special or consequential damages arising
from the use of this product. To take advantage of this warranty,
the product must be returned to us with all shipping charges
prepaid. Proof of purchase, installation date, name of the installer
and an explanation of the problem must accompany the product
when returned. If our inspection verifies the problem we will repair
or replace the product. This warranty can not be reassigned or
transferred at anytime. All of your products are Made in the U.S.A
