For all original purchasing customers, we guarantee the following:
• We will replace any damaged part or component, regardless of fault, at
no charge.
• If damage is a result of the consumer, they will pay the cost of freight.
• If the damage is the fault of Murphy Door, we will cover the cost of part
and freight.
Our Hassle Free Lifetime Guarantee applies to all items sold by Murphy Door
with the exception of the automation systems.
