General information Signal word Meaning DANGER! This combination of symbol and signal word indicates an immediate dangerous situation that will result in death or serious injury if it is not avoided. NOTICE! This combination of symbol and signal word indicates a pos‐ sible dangerous situation that can result in material and environmental damage if it is not avoided. Safety instructions 2 Safety instructions Intended use This device is used to compensate for fluctuations in the mains voltage and for protection against overvoltage. Use the device only as described in this user manual. Any other use or use under other operating conditions is considered to be improper and may result in personal injury or property damage. No liability will be assumed for damages resulting from improper use.

Electric shock caused by high voltages inside Within the device there are areas where high voltages may be present.

Prior to any servicing work on the connected loads, disconnect the mains plugs of the respective loads from the device. Electric shock caused by short circuit Always use a properly insulated CEE cable to connect the unit to the 400 V mains grid.

Power supply Before connecting the device, ensure that the input voltage (AC outlet) matches the voltage rating of the device and that the AC outlet is protected by a residual current circuit breaker. Failure to do so could result in damage to the device and possibly injure the user. Connections and controls 1 Main switch 2 [USB CHARGER] USB 2.0 port for charging and operating mobile devices. This port is not usable for data transmission. 3 Display 4 [LINE VOLTAGE/CURRENT] Button for switching voltage and current value display. By default, the voltage value is displayed. Press the button to display the current value. Press the button again to display the voltage value.
Connections and controls Display 5 Indicator ‘PROTECTION OK’ The indicator lights up green as long as the maximum load (10 A) is not exceeded. The indicator turns off when the maximum load (10 A) is exceeded. The overload protection triggers and locks off all outputs for the power supply. 6 Voltage and current value display 7 Indicator ‘VOLTAGE RANGE’ The indicator lights green when the input voltage is in the normal range. (190 – 253 V ). The indicator flashes when the input voltage drops below 180 V .
