Warranty

The Tile Mural Store is committed to providing high quality tile murals to their customers.
If any Tile Mural Store product is proven to contain a manufacturing defect, The Tile Mural
Store will provide full replacement of the portion of the mural that has the manufacturing
defect. The Tile Mural Store must be notified with any manufacturing defect claims as
soon as possible after purchase, but no later than 30 days after purchase. Please be sure
to inspect your tile mural upon receipt and notify The Tile Mural Store immediately of any
defect.
The Tile Mural Store ensures that colors are consistent within each order, but cannot
guarantee matching colors for replacements tiles provided for orders that are over 30
days old.
No claims will be accepted for tile already installed.
The Tile Mural Store makes no guarantee in relation to installation, including, but not
limited to: suitability of a tile for a particular use, wear and tear due to improper
installation or care, and any other defects caused by improper installation procedures.
Installation costs of any kind, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special or punitive
damages, nor any loss of revenue, profit or use, are not covered by this agreement.
arising out of a breach of the warranty conditions or in connection with the sale,
maintenance, use, operation or repair of any Product. In no event will The Tile Mural
Store be liable for any amount greater than the original purchase price of the Product.
The disclaimers of liability included in this warranty shall remain in effect and shall
continue to be enforceable in the event that any remedy herein shall fail of its essential
purpose.
No person or entity is authorized to bind The Tile Mural Store to any other warranty,
obligation or liability for any The Tile Mural Store product. The purchase and/or
installation of The Tile Mural Store product for which this warranty is issued shall
constitute acceptance of the terms hereof.
This limited warranty shall constitute the full extent of The Tile’ Mural Store’s liability and
is in place of all other warranties, express or implied
