WIRING INSTRUCTIONS
THIS DEVICE IS TO BE INSTALLED IN A SINGLE GANG ELECTRICAL WALL BOX MEASURING AT LEAST 3” x 2” (HxW)
AND WIRED IN ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL CODE BOX FILL REQUIREMENTS (EX: NEC ARTICLE 314 IN U.S.)
1) If your wall box has only one set of wires you can connect them
directly to the ports on the back of theOUTlet.
2) If your wall box has two sets of wires you can use either of the below
connection methods that works best with your set-up and code.
FOR USB VERSION ONLY. CAT NO. OUTUN15T
theOUTlet with USB provides 5VDC- 2.1A USB ports. Both USB ports are independently capable of charging at
the full 2.1A, but when both USB ports are used simultaneously they will share the 2.1A power supply.

LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY AND EXCLUSIONS
Secret Sockets LLC (Company) warrants to the original consumer purchaser and not for the benefit of any third parties, that
this product at the time of purchase is free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use for one
year from the purchase date. Company’s sole remedy is to correct such defects by repair or replacement at its sole option.
The remedy provided under this limited warranty are the exclusive remedies whether based on contract or tort. Company will
provide such remedy only if the product is returned prepaid within one year of the purchase date, with proof of purchase on
such date together with a detailed description of the problem to Secret Sockets LLC, Attn: Quality Assurance Dept., 2385
NW Executive Center Drive, Suite 100 Boca Raton, FL 33431. This warranty excludes, and Company disclaims, any liability
for labor for removal or reinstallation of this product. Company disclaims any implied warranty including any warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This limited warranty is void if this product is installed improperly,
overloaded, misused, opened, abused, or altered in any manner or installed in an improper environment, or is not used
under normal operating conditions or not in accordance with any labels or instructions. Company is not liable for incidental,
indirect, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation, damage to, or loss of use of, any equipment or
premises or for lost sales or profits for delay or failure to perform this warranty obligation.

To be installed and/or used in accordance with appropriate electrical codes and regulations. If you are not sure
about any part of these instructions, consult an electrician. Use this device with copper or copper-clad wire
only. This device CANNOT be used for separate feed applications. If the outlet you are replacing has the top and
bottom outlets controlled by separate circuit breakers, you cannot use this device.
DO NOT exceed 1500W on a single OUTlet.

Tighten screws with wires inserted
With Phillips Head Screwedriver,
Tighten screws with wires inserted
Tools Required: Screwdriver, Wire Stripper, (Optional Wire Nuts not included)

Twist the ends of wires together, using a pair of pliers if needed,
push into a wire nut, and twist until secure. (Wire nuts not included)
