Remote Control Installation (optional) 5. Press the bracket inside the cutout. Drill a ¼’’ (6 mm) tap hole through the bracket holes into the wall. Mount the bracket to the wall using the four (4) screws provided. Before you begin, read these instructions carefully. Chimney Extension Installation (optional) On some models, optional duct covers and telescoping extensions may be used to ill the space between the hood and ceiling in wall mount installations. Chimney extensions ill the space between the hood and ceiling of 8’ (2.4 m) ceilings. Telescoping extensions accommodate 12’ (3.6 m) ceilings.
3. Mount the duct cover bracket on the top of the ceiling using (2) 1½’’ (38 mm) screws (provided). Ensure that the bracket is level. 5. Carefully pull the top part of the extension upwards. Screw the left and right sides of the extension to the mounting bracket with the supplied stainless screws. 4. Insert the complete duct cover at an angle and swivel toward the wall. 6.

Les coudes et les raccords de transition réduisent l’eficacité du débit d’air. Les coudes installés l’un après l’autre et les conigurations en “S” donnent un très faible rendement et ne sont pas recommandés. Les hottes sont livrées avec une conduite de transition ronde de 10 po (254 mm) de diamètre.

Enfoncez le support à l’intérieur de la découpe en appuyant dessus. Percez un trou taraudé de 1⁄4 po (6 mm) dans les trous du support pour atteindre le mur.
Installation de l’extension de la cheminée (facultative) Pour certains modèles, il existe des caissons pour masquer les gaines et des caisson télescopiques facultatifs pouvant être utilisés pour remplir l’espace entre la hotte et le plafond lorsqu’on installe une hotte murale. Les caissons de cheminée remplissent l’espace entre la hotte et les plafonds de 8 pi (2,4 m). Les caissons télescopiques permettent d’atteindre des plafonds de 12 pi (3,6 m).

Installez le délecteur sur le dessus de la hotte de sorte que les vis C s’insèrent respectivement dans les encoches latérales sur le dessus de la hotte et au bas du délecteur. Faites glisser le délecteur vers l’avant jusqu’à ce qu’il s’arrête.
