The set oven cavity temperature must be at least 50°F
(10°C) higher than the meat probe temperature.
7. Press START I STOP.
a The current and the target temperature of the probe are
displayed.
a When the set probe temperature is reached, the heating
mode turns off.

Timer functions
Your appliance has various time setting functions.
8.1 Setting the oven timer
If you set an oven timer, operation of the oven stops auto-
matically once this time has elapsed.
1. Set a heating mode and temperature.
2. Press TIMERS.
3. Touch ⁠"Oven Timer".
4. Swipe to the left or right to select the desired value. You
can set hours and minutes.
5. Touch ⁠.
6. Press START I STOP.
a The oven timer begins to count down.
a The timer value and are displayed in the bottom line
of the display.
a When the time has elapsed, signal sounds. A notifica-
tion is shown on the display.
Editing or canceling the oven timer
1. Press TIMERS.
2. Select ⁠ "Oven Timer".
3. Set a new value and touch . To cancel the oven timer
select 0 or touch "Cancel".
8.2 Setting the kitchen timer
The kitchen timer is a countdown timer that has no affect
on oven heating.
Note:You can set the kitchen timer when the appliance is
turned on or off.
1. Press TIMERS.
2. If the appliance is switched on, touch ⁠ "Kitchen Timer".
3. Swipe to the left or right to select the desired value. You
can set hours, minutes and seconds.
4. Touch ⁠.
a The kitchen timer begins to count down.
a The timer value and are displayed in the top left cor-
ner of the display.
a When the time has elapsed, a signal sounds. A notifica-
tion is shown on the display.
