- NOTICE:
- 1. To remove the ventilation filters, release the catch by pulling it down with your finger. The filter will drop down at the front. Then pull filter towards you to remove it. The filter will drop out. Repeat for the 2nd filter.
- 2. Soak the ventilation filters in hot water using a mild detergent. Rinse well and shake to dry. You can also wash the filters in a dishwasher.

Cocción de huevos en su horno
microondas
▯ Nunca cocine huevos con cáscara y nunca caliente
huevos duros con cáscara; pueden explotar.
▯ Siempre pinche la yema de los huevos enteros para
evitar que exploten.
▯ Cocine los huevos solo hasta que cuajen; se
endurecerán si se cocinan en exceso.
▯ Es seguro cocinar huevos revueltos.
Cocción de verduras en su microondas
▯ Las verduras deben lavarse justo antes de cocinarse.
Por lo general, no es necesario agregar agua. Si
quiere cocinar verduras densas como papas o
zanahorias, agregue aproximadamente ¼ taza de
agua.
▯ Las verduras pequeñas (zanahorias rebanadas,
chícharos, pallares, etc.) se cocinan más rápido que
las verduras más grandes.
▯ Las verduras enteras, como papas, zapallo o elote en
mazorca, deben disponerse en un círculo sobre el
plato giratorio antes de cocinarlas. Se cocinan en
forma más pareja si se dan vuelta a la mitad de la
cocción.
▯ Siempre coloque las verduras, como espárragos y
brócoli, con los extremos de los tallos hacia el borde
del plato y las puntas hacia el centro.
▯ Al cocinar verduras cortadas, siempre cubra el plato
con una tapa o una envoltura de plástico ventilada
apta para horno microondas.
▯ Debe pinchar en varios lugares la cáscara de las
verduras enteras sin pelar, como papas, camotes,
calabazas, berenjenas, etc., antes de cocinarlas para
evitar que exploten.
▯ Para una cocción más pareja, revuelva o reacomode
las verduras enteras a la mitad del tiempo de cocción.
▯ La mayoría de las veces, cuanto más denso es el
alimento, mayor es el tiempo de reposo necesario.Por
ejemplo, una papa horneada debe reposar 5 minutos
antes de servirla, mientras que un plato de chícharos
puede servirse de inmediato.
Cocción de frutos de mar en su horno microondas
Asegúrese de colocar pescado sobre una rejilla para
asar apta para horno de microondas en un plato apto
para horno de microondas. Asegúrese de siempre
cocinar el pescado hasta que se pueda desmenuzar

media alta (7) de 7 a 11 min/lb Disponga los filetes en una fuente para hornear y meta
hacia adentro las partes finas. Cubra con papel ence-
rado. Si tienen un grosor de más de ½ pulgada, delos
vuelta y reacomódelos a la mitad del tiempo de cocción.
Cocínelos hasta que el pescado se pueda desmenuzar
fácilmente con un tenedor.
Deje reposar de 2 a 3 min.
Camarones hasta
1½ lb
media alta (7) de 7 a 11 min/lb Disponga los camarones en una fuente para hornear sin
superponerlos ni colocarlos en capas. Cubra con papel
encerado. Cocínelos hasta que queden firmes y opacos,
y revuelva 2 o 3 veces.
Deje reposar 5 min.
