4.6 Configure parameters for data connection
APN is the Name of Access Point when attach to cellular service. Although it is not
necessary to set it most of the time, when the device encounters connectivity problems,
setting the correct APN can help eliminate the cause of the problem. Chapter 4.6 help
configure APN name and check if the config take effect or not.
