Before programming, please double-check the following:
Check the vehicle, turn off the engine, and in non-ignition state.
Put the transmission into P or N position.
Turn off all electrical equipment, such as air conditioner, headlights, turn signals, audio, etc. Otherwise,
unstable automotive currents can cause programming interruptions.
Connect the vehicle to an approved programmed (or stable) battery charger to ensure that the battery
voltage is between 13V and 14V.
Diagnose the vehicle, troubleshoot possible problems and clear the vehicle DTC.
When programming, do not start or move any part of the vehicle modules related to programming. If it is
started, it may cause programming disruption, which might damage the modules.
Make sure that THINKTOOL Pros has suffi cient power.
For communication and program stability, please connect ThinkTool Pro and diagnostic connector with a
wired connection.
The operation of programming is at your own risk. Besides, not all vehicle problems can be resolved via
programming, please make your decision carefully.
During programming, make sure not to abnormally terminate the process, otherwise it will result in
serious consequences such as the failure of the ECU.

Select system
Select “Programming” function menu
Read fl ashing notes and risks carefully
Select the diagnostic software version
