Sets Mux Mode 4
Mode 4 is a TIMED ROUNDROBIN - each antenna is
used for a timed interval regardless
This mode is mostly intended for RAIL operation,
but could be used for GEN2 if desired (maybe with
sub-optimum results)
The amount of time spent on each antenna is set in
the command

Sets Mux Mode 5
Mode 5 is used to select specific antennas to
sequence over
For example: rm50101 would sequence over ONLY
antennas 2 and 4.
INVCOUNT (INVCOUNT+1 passes through the state
machine on each antenna)
