5. Troubleshooting Common Problems
The network is
not displayed
and “Emergency
Call” appears on
the screen
Make sure you have inserted the
SIM card correctly (see Quick Start
Guide).
Make sure you are in an ar ea
covered by the network.

manually by going to Settings >
More > Mobile networks. For more

The phone is
blocked and does
not respond
If you cannot turn off the phone,
remove the battery and then put it
back in place.
Cannot take
photos
In order to store photos, you must
insert a Micro SD card in the phone.
This device's internal memory is
o n l y u s e d f o r a p p l i c a t i o n s
management and installation.
