Description
GrayShield Foundation coating is an Acrylic
Elastomeric emulsion fortified with water resistant
polymers. Gray Shield forms a liquid rubber
membrane that seals and waterproofs a variety
of surfaces. GrayShield’s UV resistance, water
resistance and natural gray color allows for use
below grade as well as above grade on surfaces
that are exposed to weather. Environmentally-
friendly water based formula allows for clean up
with soap and water. Gray Shield is a solvent-free
liquid applied rubber that meets Code R406.2
concrete and masonry foundation waterproofing.
Uses
Exterior concrete basement walls (above and
below grade), polystyrene/Styrofoam insulation
board, poured concrete walls, foam, wood and
more.

prior to application of foam or drainage boards or
backfilling.
Drying Time

rising. Do not apply when temperature is expected
to drop below 50 °F within a 24 hour period. Be

SealBest materials. In areas where dew or fog
accumulates in the early evening, it is best to coat
