Description
When emergency repairs are required, SealBest
Professional Grade All Weather Roof Cement is the
choice for professional satisfaction. This special
blend of refined asphalts and adhesion promoters
is designed to bond rapidly to moist, damp, wet
or dry surfaces. It provides water repellency when
conventional cements just wont stick. Can be used
on flashings, vents, skylights, metal joints, seams,
coping and chimneys.

Surface Preparation
Clean surfaces thoroughly by brooming away all
dirt, dust, oil and loose particulate. Nail down any
loose parts and laps.
Application
Using a trowel, spread SealBest All Weather Roof
Cement onto the surface at a thickness of about
1/8”, making sure to smooth down the edges. Mend
cracks, splits or blisters by troweling the cement to
the affected area and three inches beyond. Embed
SealBest Reinforcing Fabric into the repaired
area and topcoat with another layer of roof patch
material.
Drying Time
Dry to touch in 8 hours, depending upon weather
conditions. Remains soft and pliable.
Clean Up
Clean up with waterless hand cleaner immediately
after use.

Approximately 12 sq. ft. at 1/8 inch thick per gallon
30 lineal feet of 1/4” X 1/4” bead per 10 oz. Tube
87 lineal feet of 1/4” X 1/4” bead per 29 oz. Tube
