Description
A thin viscosity asphalt primer designed to
enhance the adhesion of a variety of protective
coatings, BUR, Modified Bitumen and foundation
coatings and systems. Dries black.
Uses
• Provides an Excellent Base for Coatings, BUR
& Modified Bitumen Roof Systems
• Penetrates & Binds Concrete
• Renews Old Roof Surfaces
• For Use on Metal, Masonry, Concrete & More
Surface Preparation
For best results, surface shall be clean, dry and
free of any dirt or contaminants.
Application
Surface must be clean from all loose dirt, sediment
and debris. Do not thin material. Apply with brush
or spray equipment (min. 500 PSI). Do not over
apply. Spread smooth any puddled areas. Do not
apply on any wet surface. Do not apply if rain is
imminent within 24 hours of application. Clean
tools with mineral spirits in a well ventilated area
immediately after use.
Drying Time
Allow 24 hours depending on weather conditions.
Weather Conditions
• Do not apply if rain is imminent or forecast
within 24 hours of application.
Coverage (Approximate)
Metal Surfaces: 135-150 sq. ft. per gallon
Concrete & Masonry Surfaces: 75-100 sq. ft. per
gallon
Wood or Composition: 65-90 sq. ft. per gallon
Worn Roofing: 50-60 sq. ft. per gallon
Precautions
Do Not Freeze
Do Not Store At Temperatures Below 50 ºF
Do not heat or thin! Apply in a well ventilated
area. Do not use where hydrostatic pressures
may be encountered. Do not store container at
temperatures above 100ºF. Do not apply over coal
tar surfaces.
IF MATERIAL APPEARS TOO STIFF DURING COLD
WEATHER, KEEP IN WARM AREA BEFORE USING.
KEEP CONTAINER TIGHTLY CLOSED WHEN NOT
IN USE. STIR BEFORE AND DURING USE.
EMPTY CONTAINER WARNING:
CONTAINER MAY BE HAZARDOUS WHEN EMPTY
as container may contain product residues and/
or combustible vapors. All labeled hazardous
precautions must be observed. Dispose of empty
container in accordance with local, state or federal
regulations.
