Spectrum analyzer bandwidth (span): 4 different bandwidths are available in the
range from 2 kHz to 2 MHz.
Number of FFT block averages: Set # averages used (= number of FFT sample block
used) before producing a result. The more averages, the less variance on the result.
The standard deviation of the result is proportionate to:
FFT window type: 4 different window types are available: Rectangular (i.e. no
windowing), Blackman, Hamming or Hanning.
Phase noise offset: The offset is relative to the frequency which gives the peak
power.
Phase noise bandwidth: Specifies the bandwidth (in Hz) in which the power will be
measured.
Spurious bandwidth: The spur search will produce frequency and power level in
descending order for 4 power peaks (called spurs) ranging just below (in power) the
primary peak (the one for which we calculate 'peak power'). The previous spur is
eliminated from the power spectrum in the selected bandwidth before searching for
the next spur is initiated.
6.10.2 Configuration of the transmitter time-plan
The following parameters implements the ‘Tx time-plan’ which is used to specify
transmit patterns (for emulation of BGAN return schedules). The content of these
parameters are used by the ‘Tx burst’ functionality when the time-plan option is
activated (refer to section 11.10 on page 11-24 for a detailed description).
