9.2.8.1 RM write - MOSI format
All RF-control SPI write commands has the format of an 8-bit control word followed by
a 32-bit data message as shown below
The slave can choose to support the relevant RM write commands and ignore the rest.
9.2.8.2 SPI read - MISO
Currently SPI read commands originating from the RM (Master) are not used, all data
returned over the MISO line are ignored.
