<state>
indicates the state of PDP context activation
0 deactivated
1 activated
Other values are reserved and will result in an ERROR response to the execution command.
<cid>
a numeric parameter which specifies a particular PDP context definition (see the +CGDCONT and
+CGDSCONT commands).

(see the +CGDCONT and +CGDSCONT commands). If no <cid> is specified, the addresses for all defined
contexts are returned.
<PDP_address>
a string that identifies the MT in the address space applicable to the PDP.
