Step 1 å Assemble your unit on a carpeted floor or on the empty carton to avoid scratching your unit or the floor. å Push fourteen LARGE HIDDEN CAMS (1) into the LEFT END (O), DRAWER UPRIGHTS (P and Q), BACKS (R, S, and Y). Arrow (14 used) Arrow Q 1 1 P Y O Arrow R S 1 Arrow Arrow Hole 1 The arrow in the HIDDEN CAM must point toward the hole in the edge of the board.
Step 2 å Turn fourteen ANGLED HEAD CAM SCREWS (3) into the LEFT DESK TOP (N), LEFT END (O), and HUTCH ENDS (X and V).
Step 3 å å Flip the DRAWER UPRIGHTS over. å å Fasten the EXTENSION RAILS (FF) to the DRAWER UPRIGHTS (P and Q). Use six BLACK 1/2” PAN HEAD SCREWS (19). å NOTE: The EXTENSION SLIDES will be used later for the DRAWERS. Separate the EXTENSION SLIDES (GG) from the EXTENSION RAILS (FF) as shown in the upper diagram. Be prepared, the parts are greasy. NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the hole shown in the enlarged diagram.
Step 4 å Fasten the LEFT BACK (R) to the LEFT END (O). Tighten the HIDDEN CAM.
Step 5 å Insert four WOOD DOWELS (6) into the holes in the LEFT DESK TOP (N) as shown. å Fasten the LEFT END (O) and LEFT BACK (R) to the LEFT DESK TOP (N). Tighten five HIDDEN CAMS. å NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWELS insert into the LEFT BACK and LEFT END. å Insert four WOOD DOWELS (6) into the holes in the long edges of the LEFT BACK (R) and LEFT END (O).
Step 6 å Insert six WOOD DOWELS (6) into holes in the LEFT DESK TOP (N) as shown. å Fasten the RIGHT BACK (S) and DRAWER UPRIGHTS (P and Q) to the LEFT DESK TOP (N). Tighten six HIDDEN CAMS. å NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWELS insert into the RIGHT BACK and DRAWER UPRIGHTS. å Insert six WOOD DOWELS (6) into the RIGHT BACK (S) and DRAWER UPRIGHTS (P and Q).
Step 7 å Fasten the LARGE SHELF (L) to the DRAWER UPRIGHTS (P and Q) and LEFT END (O). Use eight SILVER 2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (12). å NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWELS insert into the LARGE SHELF. Now might be a good time to refresh your drink.
Step 8 å Fasten the RIGHT DESK TOP (M) to the RIGHT BACK (S) and LEFT BACK (R). Use eight SILVER 2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (12). å NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWELS insert into the RIGHT DESK TOP.
Step 9 å Fasten the TIE PLATE (8) to the LARGE SHELF (L) and RIGHT DESK TOP (M). Use four SILVER 5/8" PAN HEAD SCREWS (17). 17 SILVER 5/8" PAN HEAD SCREW (4 used in this step) 8 The ridges should be facing up.
Step 10 å Fasten the SHORT BRACES (E1 and E2) to the LEFT LEG (B) and CENTER LEG (C). Use eight SILVER 5/16" MACHINE SCREWS (20). 20 SILVER 5/16" MACHINE SCREW (8 used in this step) This hole must be closer to the LEFT END (B). E2 This hole must be closer to the LEFT END (B).
Step 11 å å Lay the LEG assembly on its back edge as shown. Fasten the SHELVES (K) to the LEFT LEG (B) and CENTER LEG (C). Use eight SILVER 1" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (15).
Step 12 å å NOTE: You may need someone's help in this step. å NOTE: You should start each SCREW a few turns before completely tightening any of them. Fasten the LONG UPPER BRACES (H and I) and LONG LOWER REAR BRACE (J) to the RIGHT LEG (A) and REAR LEG (D). Use twelve SILVER 5/16" MACHINE SCREWS (20). 20 SILVER 5/16" MACHINE SCREW (12 used in this step) D I H J These holes must be here.
Step 13 å Fasten the CENTER BRACES (G and F) to the LONG UPPER FRONT BRACE (H). Use four SILVER 5/16" MACHINE SCREWS (20). å Fasten the CENTER LEG (C) to the CENTER BRACES (G and F). Use four SILVER 5/16" MACHINE SCREWS (20). 20 SILVER 5/16" MACHINE SCREW (8 used in this step) This hole must be here. G H F These holes must be here.
Step 14 å å NOTE: This is a two person step. å NOTE: You should start each SCREW a few turns before completely tightening any of them. Pro Tip: Lift with your legs. And, you know, your arms. Fasten the SHELF (L) and the RIGHT DESK TOP (M) to the SHORT BRACES (E1 and E2), CENTER BRACES (F and G) and LONG UPPER BRACES (H and I). Use twelve SILVER 1-3/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (14).
Step 15 å Fasten the HUTCH SUPPORT (T) to the RIGHT END (A) and REAR LEG (D). Use four SILVER 1/2" MACHINE SCREWS (18).
Step 16 å Insert two WOOD DOWELS (6) into holes in the HUTCH ENDS (V and X). å Fasten the HUTCH ENDS (V and X) to the HUTCH BACK (Y). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. å Insert two WOOD DOWELS (6) into the short edges of the HUTCH DIVIDERS (W). å Fasten the HUTCH DIVIDERS (W) to the HUTCH BACK (Y). Use two SILVER 2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (12).
Step 17 å å Flip up the HUTCH ENDS and HUTCH DIVIDERS. å Fasten the HUTCH SHELF (U) to the HUTCH ENDS (V and X), HUTCH DIVIDERS (W), and HUTCH BACK (Y). Use twelve SILVER 2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (12). Insert six WOOD DOWELS (6) into the holes in the HUTCH SHELF (U) as shown.
Step 18 å å NOTE: This is a two person step. Pro Tip: Lift with your legs. And, you know, your arms. Fasten the HUTCH SHELF (U) to the HUTCH SUPPORT (T). Use six SILVER 1-3/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (14).
Step 19 å Turn four STRAIGHT HEAD CAM SCREWS (4) into the DRAWER FRONT (EE). å Push four SMALL HIDDEN CAMS (2) into the edges of the DRAWER SIDES (AA and Z) and DRAWER BRACE (DD). This hole will not be used in this step.

Tighten four SMALL HIDDEN CAMS. å Slide the DRAWER BOTTOM (CC ) into the grooves in the DRAWER SIDES (AA and Z) and DRAWER FRONT (EE). 3 BB AA 13 SILVER 1-1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREW (4 used in this step) DD Z Be sure the DRAWER BOTTOM inserts into the DRAWER BACK groove.
Step 21 å Fasten the EXTENSION SLIDES (GG) to the DRAWER SIDES (AA and Z). Use four BLACK 1/2" SMALL PAN HEAD SCREWS (19). å Fasten the KNOB (5) to the DRAWER FRONT (EE). Use a SILVER 7/8" MACHINE SCREW (16).
Step 22 å Push the USB PORT (10) into the hole in the LEFT DESK TOP (N) threading the cord through one of the grommet holes as shown. å Push four GROMMETS and CAPS (9) into the large holes in the BACKS (R and S) and LEFT DESK TOP (N) as shown. This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules.
Step 23 å To insert the drawer into your unit, line up the EXTENSION SLIDES on the drawer with the EXTENSION RAILS on the unit and push the drawer into the unit until the drawer is fully inserted. The drawer will push in hard until it is all the way in, then it will slide in and out easier. å å å å Push a CAM COVER (7) onto each visible HIDDEN CAM. Peel a screw cover from the SCREW COVER CARD (11) and center them over the heads of each screw.
