Step 1 å å Assemble your unit on a carpeted floor or on the empty carton to avoid scratching your unit or the floor. To begin assembly, push a TWIST-LOCK FASTENER (10F) into the large holes in the ENDS (A2 and B2), UPRIGHT (C3), and BOTTOM (E2). Do not tighten the TWIST-LOCK FASTENERS in this step.
Step 2 å Push four HIDDEN CAMS (1F) into the BOTTOM (E2). Then, insert the metal end of a CAM DOWEL (2F) into each HIDDEN CAM. Do not tighten the HIDDEN CAMS in this step. Arrow 1F (4 used) 2F E2 Arrow Insert the metal end of the CAM DOWEL into the HIDDEN CAM.
Step 3 å Tap two MOLDING CONNECTORS (17F) into the notches in the MOLDINGS (M2, N2, and Q2). Use your hammer to tap the MOLDING CONNECTORS (17F) into the notches in the MOLDINGS.
Step 4 å Fasten the MOLDINGS (M2, N2, and Q2) to the TOP (D2). Use nine BLACK 1-1/8" PAN HEAD SCREWS (9S). å å NOTE: Do not overtighten the SCREWS into the TOP. å NOTE: Position the SAFETY STRAP exactly as shown. Remember: Righty tighty. Lefty loosey. Open the FURNITURE TIPPING RESTRAINT KIT (97) and fasten the SAFETY STRAP to the TOP (D2). Use the provided BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW.
Step 5 å Fasten the UNIVERSAL CABINET RAILS* (35AA) to the ENDS (A2 and B2) and both surfaces of the UPRIGHT (C3). Use twenty-four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #3.
Step 6 å Fasten the LEFT END (B2) to the LEFT MOLDING (N2) on the TOP (D2). Tighten two TWIST-LOCK FASTENERS. å Fasten the UPRIGHT (C3) to the TOP (D2). Tighten two TWIST-LOCK FASTENERS. How to use the TWIST-LOCK FASTENER 1. Insert the dowel end of the FASTENER into the hole of the adjoining part. NOTE: The dowel end of the FASTENER must remain fully inserted in the hole of the adjoining part while locking the FASTENER. 2. Tighten the FASTENER with a Phillips screwdriver as tight as possible.
Step 7 å Fasten the BOTTOM (E2) to the LEFT END (B2). Tighten two TWIST-LOCK FASTENERS. å Fasten the BOTTOM (E2) to the UPRIGHT (C3). Use two BLACK 1-15/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (113S). å Fasten the RIGHT END (A2) to the BOTTOM (E2) and RIGHT MOLDING (M2). Tighten four TWIST-LOCK FASTENERS.
Step 8 Fasten two METAL BRACKETS (4G) to the BOTTOM (E2). Use two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å å å å NOTE: Be sure the edges of the METAL BRACKETS are even with the edge of the BOTTOM. Fasten the BOTTOM MOLDING (S) to the BOTTOM (E2). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS. Fasten the PLINTHS (R2) to the ENDS (A2 and B2) and BOTTOM (E2). Tighten two TWIST-LOCK FASTENERS and use two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S).
Step 9 å Fasten six METAL BRACKETS (4G) to the BASE (H). Use six BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å NOTE: Be sure the edges of the METAL BRACKETS are even with the edge of the BASE. å Fasten the BASE (H) to the BOTTOM (E2). Use six BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through the METAL BRACKETS and into the BOTTOM.
Step 10 å å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Unfold the BACK (F2) and lay it over your unit. å Make equal margins along three edges of the BACK (F2). The BACK will overhang the BOTTOM (E2) slightly. Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square". å å å å å Fasten the BACK (F2) to your unit using the NAILS (1N). A perforation in the BACK (F2) has been provided for access to the SAFETY STRAP. Punch out the perforation and push the SAFETY STRAP through the hole.
Step 11 å Fasten the DRAWER FRONT MOLDINGS (T) to the DRAWER FRONTS (O2). Use six BROWN 1" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (12S). Don't worry. It isn't Rome. This can be built in a day.
Step 12 å å Turn six CAM SCREWS (8F) into the DRAWER FRONTS (I2 and O2). Push six HIDDEN CAMS (1F) into the DRAWER BRACES (M64). 8F (6 used) I2 I2 I2 I2 O2 O2 Do not tighten the HIDDEN CAMS in this step. M64 M64 M64 M64 Arrow M64 M64 Arrow 1F (6 used) Hole The arrow in the HIDDEN CAM must point toward the hole in the edge of the board.
Step 13 Push down 1 2 With the palm of your hand, tap the DRAWER BOTTOM down into the groove. 8G O2 D271 D979 D245 Groove Unfi nish ed sur fac e D245 1S O2 D271 BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (8 used in this step) å Pull the DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS (8G) apart and slide them into the grooves in the DRAWER SIDES (D245 and D271). You may need to gently tap them in with a hammer. å NOTE: The DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS are marked "RH" and "LH" for easy identification.
Step 14 Push down 1 2 With the palm of your hand, tap the DRAWER BOTTOM down into the groove. 9G D979 I2 D257 D262 Groove Unfi nish ed sur fac e 1S D262 I2 D257 BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (16 used in this step) å Pull the LARGE DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS (9G) apart and slide them into the grooves in the LARGE DRAWER SIDES (D257 and D262). You may need to gently tap them in with a hammer. å NOTE: The DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS are marked "RH" and "LH" for easy identification.
Step 15 å Fasten a DRAWER RIGHT (35AC) to the RIGHT DRAWER SIDE (D245) and a DRAWER LEFT (35AD) to the LEFT DRAWER SIDE (D271). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #2. å Fasten a DRAWER RIGHT (35AC) to the LARGE RIGHT DRAWER SIDE (D262) and a DRAWER LEFT (35AD) to the LARGE LEFT DRAWER SIDE (D257). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #2. å å NOTE: The glides are not intended to rotate. å Fasten two KNOB SETS (130K) to a LARGE DRAWER FRONT (I2).
Step 16 å å Carefully stand your unit upright in its final location. We recommend using the SAFETY STRAP for added stability. å INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Insert the SAFETY DRYWALL ANCHOR through the WASHER and the end of the SAFETY STRAP. 2. Using a Phillips screwdriver or a hand drill, press the screw slightly onto the drywall just below the top surface of your unit so the SAFETY STRAP will not be visible. 3.
Step 17 å To insert the drawers into your unit, tip the fronts of the drawers down and drop the glides on the drawers behind the glides on the unit. Lift the fronts of the drawers up and slide them into the unit. å To make adjustments to the drawers, loosen the SCREWS in the DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS, make needed adjustments, and tighten the SCREWS. å å NOTE: Please read the back pages of the instruction booklet for important safety information. This completes assembly. Clean with a damp cloth. Wipe dry.

Serrer quatre FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK Assembler l'élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide pour éviter d'endommager l'élément ou le sol.
ÉTAPE 11 ÉTAPE 15 Fixer les MOULURES DE DEVANT DE TIROIR (T) aux DEVANTS DE TIROIR (O2). Utiliser six VIS MARRON TÊTE PLATE 25 mm (12S). Fixer un TIROIR DROIT (35AC) sur le CÔTÉ DROIT DE TIROIR (D245) et un TIROIR GAUCHE (35AD) sur le CÔTÉ GAUCHE DE TIROIR (D271). Utiliser quatre VIS DORÉES TÊTE PLATE 8 mm (3S) à travers les trous nº 1 et nº 2. Fixer un TIROIR DROIT (35AC) sur le CÔTÉ DROIT DE GRAND TIROIR (D262) et un TIROIR GAUCHE (35AD) sur le CÔTÉ GAUCHE DE GRAND TIROIR (D257).

PASO 1 PASO 7 No apriete los SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK por ahora. Ensamble la unidad sobre un piso alfombrado o sobre el cartón vacío para evitar rayar la unidad o el piso. Para comenzar el ensamblaje, empuje un SUJETADOR TWIST-LOCK (10F) dentro de los agujeros grandes de los EXTREMOS (A2 y B2), el PARAL (C3) y el FONDO (E2).
