By using the TikiTunes Wireless Speaker, you hereby agree that Limitless
Innovations, Inc., an Illinois corporation and its aliates (“Limitless”) shall have
no liability for any losses associated with property damage, personal injury or
loss of life that are incurred by you or by any third party in connection with
or relating in any manner whatsoever to your use of the TikiTunes Wireless
Speaker. By using the TikiTunes Wireless Speaker, you hereby agree at all times
to comply fully with all safety warnings, operating instructions and general
safety information in this user manual. By using the TikiTunes Wireless Speaker,
you further agree to hold harmless Limitless, (and Limitless’ ocers, directors,
shareholders and employees) in connection with any losses sustained by you
(including, without limitation, losses arising in whole or in part from property
damage, personal injury or loss of life) relating in any manner whatsoever to
your use of the TikiTunes Wireless Speaker.
SAFETY WARNINGS
• The TikiTunes Wireless Speaker is NOT a toy and should be kept away from children.
• Do NOT use the TikiTunes Wireless Speaker near a magnetic or electric field.
• Do NOT use the TikiTunes Wireless Speaker in direct sunlight or extreme heat.
• Do NOT use the TikiTunes Wireless Speaker if it has been damaged
and/or modified.
• Do NOT subject the TikiTunes Wireless Speaker to harsh chemicals.
• Do NOT submerge the TikiTunes Wireless Speaker or its accessories in water.
• Do NOT store the TikiTunes Wireless Speaker where temperatures will
exceed 140°F (60°C).
• Do NOT insert any foreign objects into the openings or port of the TikiTunes
Wireless Speaker.
• Do NOT charge the TikiTunes Wireless Speaker when in use.
• Do NOT charge the TikiTunes Wireless Speaker in high humidity conditions.
• Do NOT attempt to replace the battery as it is a non-serviceable part.
• Do NOT attempt to open the outer casing of the TikiTunes Wireless Speaker.
• Do NOT paint or apply coatings to the TikiTunes Wireless Speaker as you
might aect moving parts or damage internal components.
• Do NOT attempt to disassemble or repair the TikiTunes Wireless Speaker or
its accessories. Contact customer service for technical assistance at
(855) 843-4828.
• Batteries should be recycled or disposed of, as per state and local guidelines.
