AMAZON (US) WARRANTY
We created Time Timer® to help people better manage their time by using the world’s most intuitive and easy to
use timer. We hope we can help you too.
Should you have an issue with your Time Timer, all purchases made through Amazon.com (US) will be required to
follow Amazon’s refund and return policies. If your issue is not resolved or the Amazon warranty process has
expired, please contact Time Timer at [e-mail] for assistance with your Time Timer. All Time
Timer products are covered by a one-year warranty for replacement only from the date of purchase.
In order to assist you, we will require you to have the product name / model, the Batch Number (located on the
back of your Timer), proof of purchase, and the specific problem you’re experiencing.
