1. The TRTM7 is a mechanical economy seven programmer, giving a range of programmed off peak time periods, which are user adjustable to suit all programming needs. It has a manual boost of 15, 30, 60 and 120 minutes. It can be used with single, twin and dual immersion heaters.
2. Installation: Cable clamp Earth terminals 2 Wiring terminals The TRTM7 is supplied with a standard back box, which can be used if there is no existing back box already installed. The new back box may be screwed to the wall using the fittings provided. The leads are numbered 1 to 5, and if disconnected, must be replaced appropriately. There is an optional earth terminal for incoming and out going earth continuity.
3. Commissioning: Contact your energy supplier to check which energy plan you are on. Screw the front of the unit to the back box, using the screws provided. Remove the tamper proof cover by pulling it away, and turn the outer ring of the timer module clockwise to set the correct time. Set the economy period by positioning the relevant tappets. In towards the centre is off, out towards the outer edge is on.
