TimePilot Extreme Blue/Extreme Blue Enhanced Quick Start Guide—Part 1
1. Unpack the box.

2. Install the baeries in the clock.
Unscrew the two Phillips
head screws holding the
baery cover unl they’re
loose—there’s no need to
fully remove them.
Then li o the the cover
using the notch at the
boom.
Insert a baery
into each of
the 4 holders.
Each baery’s
orientaon is
indicated.

4. Install the
mounng plate.
Screw the
mounng plate to
the wall (or wall
stud or anywhere
the clock will be
used).
The weatherproof
Extreme Blue clock
can be mounted
anywhere, but
it’s always best to
mount it where it will be shielded from
the elements as much as possible, but
sll accessible to your employees.
5. Mount your
clock and
lock it down.
Hook the clock onto
the mounng plate
and lock the assembly
through the loop at
the boom of the
clock.
3. Set the lock
combinaon
Set a combinaon on
the padlock using the
instrucons in the lock
package.
6. Download
the app.
Go to your app
store—iTunes’ App
Store for iPhones
and Google Play for
Android phones—and
download the app. It’s
free.
To nd the app,
search for “TimePilot
Extreme.”
7. Set up the app.
Tap the icon (shown at right) to start your
app for the rst me and you’ll start the
Quick Setup, which will guide you through
the process of preparing your new app for
use.
Extreme Blue users: You’ll be led through the process
of assigning iBuons to employees. At any point in
the process, if you’re prompted by your phone to
“pair” with the clock, click “Yes.”
Extreme Blue Enhanced users will set up employees
in the TimePilot Central PC soware.
Extreme Blue Enhanced
users, connue to the
next page to set up your
PC soware and add
employees.
Extreme Blue users,
you’re done. You can
start using the system.
