Product Care
• Place the unit on a level surface away from sources of direct sunlight or excessive
heat.
• Protect your furniture when placing your unit on a natural wood and lacquered finish.
A cloth or other protective material should be placed between it and the furniture.
• Stronger cleaning agents, such as Benzene, thinner or similar materials can damage
the surface of the unit.

Set Up
Connecting to Power Source
Connect the included AC adapter to the DC jack located on the back of the unit and
connect the other end to a working wall outlet.

Setting and Using Alarms
Your new Timex Clock includes a built-in battery backup system that will maintain the
time settings during a temporary power interruption.
The display will turn off during a power failure, but the clock will continue to run. The
alarm will NOT sound during a temporary power interruption, and will need to be
reset once connected to power again.

Release the Time Set Button to complete time setting.
Press and hold the Time Set Button.
Press and hold the Alarm Set Button.

While continuing to press and hold the Time Set Button, press and release
the +/- Buttons to adjust the time.
NOTE: The PM indicator will light when the hour is set for PM.
There is no AM indicator.

While continuing to press and hold the Alarm Set Button, press and release
the +/- Buttons to adjust the alarm time.
NOTE: The PM indicator will light when the hour is set for PM.
There is no AM indicator.

Press and release the Snooze/Dimmer Button when the alarm sounds to silence it
for 9 minutes. The alarm icon on the display will blink while the unit is in Snooze mode.
Snooze can be used several times during alarm.

To silence a sounding alarm and reset it come on the next day at the same time,
press and release the Alarm Set Button.
