Connecting

1. Fit the small connector of the telephone connection cable into the "LINE" jack and the telephone plug into the

telephone socket.

2. Fit the small connector of the mains plug into the "DC 9V" jack and the plug into a 230 V socket outlet.

As soon as your tiptel 205 is connected to the mains power, a memory test that lasts around 20 seconds is carried out. It is

not possible to interrupt the memory test. Then the device indicates in succession that the OGMs are not recorded (Display:

"A1" and "A2), that the buffer batteries have not been inserted (Display "Lo") and that no ICMs have been saved (Display

"0").
