Remote control functions (continued)
Button Function Remark/operation
Remaining recording The remaining recording capacity is informed by a voice
capacity message.
Message transfer on/off You can switch the message transfer on or off.
Change telephone Allows to change the target telephone number for the mes-
number sage transfer function. Dial the new destination number.
+ tel. no. The device confirms each number separately. After having
dialled the new target telephone number press #. The
new telephone number is repeated by a corresponding
voice message.
Date/time The current time and date are informed by a voice messa-
ge.
Erase all incoming The answering machine erases all incoming messages
messages since the answering mode was activated. This function can
be protected against unintentional execution.
Activation of the call You can switch the call forwarding function for the activa-
forwarding function ted MSN on or off (see also button functions 4: next
MSN).The call forwarding function is always active. In
order to deactivate it, you have to call another MSN and
switch to the target MSN during the remote operation.
Change telephone Allows you to change the telephone number for the call for-
number warding function remotely. Dial the new target telephone
+ tel. no. number. The device confirms each number separately.
After having dialled the complete number press ??? #. The
new telephone number is repeated by voice message.
Deactivate answering The device disconnects the line and stops the answering
mode mode. Further incoming calls will not be answered.
Stop remote The device disconnects the line but remains in the answe-
interrogation ring mode.
