Room monitoring/Intercom
Press "1".
The microphone will switch on,
and you will hear the vicinity of the

iptel 309.

Press "1" once more. The device will switch out of the
room monitoring function. You will
hear anyone present near the tiptel
309 over the loudspeaker.
Programme switching function


Press "7" then "1", "2" or "3",
depending on which an-
nouncement you would like to
switch to.
The announcement selected will
play for you to check. The device
will play this message for the next
caller.

pending on which announce-
ment you would like to change.

Record the message.

For a recordable personalised
message: Press "8" after you
have finished speaking.
