Precaution for Clips-Type 2：BGA Chip
For a smoother installation, please remove the
original chipset cooler and the residual thermal
grease on the surface of the chip on the
motherboard.
Verify the chipset model type and the position
of the motherboard before installation. Then,
choose the suitable installation method according
with mounting hole type or spring loop type.
If your chip looks like the one shown on the
picture, please stick the pad back.
If your chip looks like the one shown on the
picture, it is no need to place the pad.

Align the iron clips of the Northbridge
chipset cooler with the mounting
holes on the motherboard.
Fasten the screws tightly on the back
side after adjusting the Northbridge
chipset cooler to proper clip position.
Apply thermal grease equally to the
chipset on the motherboard.
Align the spring clips with mounting
holes on the motherboard, and then
clasp them in order.
Plug the fan connector onto the
motherboard.
The installation has been completed.

motherboard
Align the spring loops with mounting
holes on the motherboard, and then
clasp them in order.
Apply thermal grease equally to the
chipset on the motherboard.
Fasten the screws tightly on the back side
after adjusting the Northbridge chipset
cooler to proper clip position.
Align the spring loops of the Northbridge
chipset cooler with the mounting holes
on the motherboard.
Remove the iron clip of the Northbridge
chipset cooler and assemble the spring
loop onto the cooler.
