1) Fix the coupling on the motor with a small wrench. 2) Fix the motor on the Plat b board (the socket is upward) 3) Brass nuts and springs are inlaid in Nut Seat. Use the screw to pass through Plate A and Nut Seat. 4) Rotate the screw rod to the coupling, and fix the coupling with a small wrench. 5) Install bolts and nuts on 4 slides and a nut seat. (It doesn’t need to be too tight) 6) Slowly insert the nut into the groove of the aluminum plate.

Step5 Bakelite-D Installation 1) Fix six bolts and nuts on the plate D. 2) Arrange the six nuts neatly h o r i z o n t a l l y. 3) Insert six nuts into the grooves of the aluminum plate and tighten the bolt.
Step6 Spindle Installation Note: If the spindle cannot be put in, you can gently pry it open w i t h a small wrench. Don't worry about being 21 damaged.
Step7 Control Board Installation Step7 22 1) Fix four bolts and nuts on the control board. 2) Arrange the four nuts neatly h o r i z o n t a l l y. 3) Insert four nuts into the grooves of the aluminum plate and tighten the bolts.
Step8 Wiring Diagram Step7 Note: The red dot on the spindle represents the positive pole, which is connected to the red wire. If there is no red dot , Please observe the rotation of the spindle. Clockwise means the connection i s c o r r e c t , a n d counterclockwise means that is wrong.
Part 3: Grblcontrol 1.Install the driver(software->Drive->CH340SER.exe) The Candle software can be recognized by the computer after the d r i v e r i n s t a l l e d s u c c e s s f u l l y. 3.Check if the software is installed successfully • Console window print ” [CTRL+X] < Grbl 1.1f ['$' for help]” If the connection is successful. • Console window print ” Serial port error 1: No such file or directory “ indicate that the connection is failed.
What should I do if the connection fails? Reason: (1) The USB is not connected successfully. (2) The port is not selected correctly. (3) The port of the computer is broken. (4) The firmware of the control board is broken. Solution: (1) Check the wiring again to make sure that the USB connection is correct. (2) According to the previous method, check whether the port is correct. (3) Change a port or change a computer to operate.

2. Click the jog to check if the machine move.(Make sure the wite buttons are press). If the jog does not turn green or Status is alarm, please click the lock button.
3.Raster image import Raster import allows you to load an image of any kind in LaserGRBL and turn it GCode instructions without the need of other software. LaserGRBL supports photos, clip art, pencil drawings, logos, icons and try to do the best with any kind of image. It can be recalled from “File, Open File” menu by selecting an image of type jpg, png or bmp.
How to adjust the power of the Module? Just adjust the speed and S-max value. Speed(take 3000mW as a example) 0-300 Cutting speed, suitable for cutting thin paper and wood chips. 500-800 ideal speed for engraving. Can carver craft paper, wood, leather(wallet), bamboo.
4.Start carving. (Please use a test board) Step 1: Click jog to move the moudle to the position you want to engrave. Step 2: Click on the zero-setting sign. Step 3: Click on the green triangle to start carving.
Note:If the carved picture is to the right than I expected There are two situations for the initially imported picture: 1. Have a distance from 0 point. 2. No distance from 0 point. Just reopen the picture and adjust the Offset parameter.
Note:If the focus is too scattered or the engraving effect is not ideal, you need to adjust the focus. Enter "M03 S50" in the input box to turn on the module, and rotate the Module head to adjust the focus to the minimum. After adjustment, enter M05 to turn off the module.
