FRANKS 4 frankfurters 1 ⁄4 cup onions, minced 1 ⁄4 cup relish 2 TBL ketchup 2 TBL mustard 8 bread slices Split frankfurter lengthwise and then cut in half crosswise. Combine onions, relish, ketchup and mustard. Add one portion frank and one tablespoon mixture per pocket between bread.
