Warranty Policy
Today’s Mentality provides a one (1) year limited warranty, from date of purchase by the
original Today’s Mentality dealer, and covers Today’s Mentality products to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship during normal in-home, non-commercial use.
Today’s Mentality reserves the option of how to best repair or to replace the product.
This warranty does not include furniture used for commercial purposes, furniture used
for outside-of-the-home applications, lack of proper care, wear and tear of upholstery
such as fading or tears, or furniture damaged by acts of nature such as; flooding or rust.
In no event shall the liability under this warranty exceed the original purchase price of
the defective furniture as evidenced by the original invoice.!
