Applicable FCC Rules

The following FCC rules are applicable to the radio module:

 CFR 47, Part 15.247

The radio module is only tested to the above FCC rules, therefore further testing is

required for unintentional emissions to FCC Part 15, Subpart B after the radio module is

integrated into the host.

Limited module procedures

This radio module is approved for integration into host model T-FHLSM-Sub Board.

Integration into hosts that are different in construction require a Class II Permissive

Change filing on the limited modular certification to allow use in other hosts.

RF exposure considerations The antenna used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. Antennas The module must only be used with the antennas provided.
