Toledo Lifetime Total Warranty
Toledo & Co. offers in all products a lifetime mechanical and finishes warranty for defects
in material and workmanship. The warranty applies to the original buyer of the product
as long as the buyer shows the receipt of purchase at the moment of the claim. The warranty
does not cover abuse or misuse of the product or deteriorations, abrasions or scratches due
to the use of paints, solvents or other chemicals on the product. Toledo & Co. is not liable for
incidental or consequential damages. This exclusion may not apply to all of our customers
because of the country or state laws in which the customer lives. This warranty specifies legal
rights but depends of your state or country, you may also have other rights. In case of
a malfunctioning product(s) Toledo & Co. will replace the product. If a mechanical or finish
imperfection occurs, please take the damage product to the place of purchase and we will
replace it for the same model.
Garantía Total Toledo
Toledo & Co. ofrece en todos sus productos una garantía de por vida en el mecanismo
y el acabado por defectos en materiales y mano de obra. La garantía aplica al comprador
original del producto si éste presenta el recibo de compra al momento de la reclamación.
La garantía no cubre abuso o mal uso del producto. La garantía tampoco incluye deterioro,
abrasiones o raspaduras debido al uso de pinturas, solventes u otros químicos en el producto.
Toledo & Co. no es responsable por daños incidentales o consecuentes. Esta exclusión puede
no aplicar a todos los clientes ya que está sujeta a las leyes de cada país o estado. Esta garantía
le otorga unos derechos específicos. Usted podría gozar de otros derechos dependiendo
de las leyes del estado o país donde reside. Si ocurre un defecto en el mecanismo o acabado
de un producto Toledo, puede devolverlo al lugar donde lo compró y reemplazaremos
el producto por uno igual.
