•Cleanthemotorunitandtheexteriorofthemetal
jugwithasoftdampcloth.Drythemthoroughly
afterwards.
PLEASE NOTE!
Themotorunitandthejugmustnotbeimmersedin
water.
•Cleantheinsideofthejugandthemeasuringcup
withwarmsoapywaterandasoftsponge.
Forstubborndirt,usetheself-cleaningfunction:
•Pour1300mlofhotwaterwithalittlewashing-up
liquidintothemetaljugandleaveittosoakfor15
minutes.
•Usethehandgriptoplacethelidonthemetaljug.
Makesurethattheconnectorsonthejugandthelid
connectproperlywithoneanother.
•Insertthejugconnectoronthecordintothejugbelow
thehandle,andinserttheplugintothemainssocket.
•Presscontinuouslyonthe“BLEND/CLEAN”button.
After20seconds,theappliancewillstopautomatically.
•Checkthatthejugissufficientlyclean.Ifnecessary,
waitaminuteandusethe“BLEND/CLEAN”button
again.
•Removetheplugfromthemainssocketandthe
connectorfromtheappliance.
•Rinsethebladeswithcleanwater.
•Pourthesoapywateroutofthejug,anddrythejug
andtheundersideofthelidwithasoftcloth.

Neverpureeonlydryingredients.
•Whenthesoupisready,removetheplugfromthe
mainssocketandtheconnectorfromtheappliance.
•Removethelidfromthejug.
•Pourouttheentirecontentsofthejug.Donotleave
thesoupinthejug,astheheatofthejugwillcauseit
toburn.
•Cleantheappliance(see‘Cleaningand
maintenance’).
Warning:
Theexterioroftheappliancealsogetshot!Avoidany
physicalcontact;youcouldbeseverelyinjured.Always
usethehandgripforopeningthelid,orthehandlefor
movingthejugorforpouringoutthecontents.

Cleaning
•Donotcleantheappliancewithanaggressiveor
abrasivecleanerorwithasharpobject,suchasa
hardbrushoraknife.
