１.スタッドボルトの取り付け付属のスタッドボルトをTOMEIエキゾーストマニホールドのサポートパイプにダブルナットにて取り付ける。 ① スタッドボルトの、ねじ部分が長い側にダブルナットを固定する。ダブルナット取付側長サポートパイプ側短 ② TOMEIサポートパイプにスタッドボルトを取り付ける。 ③ トルクレンチを用いてナットを締め付ける。規定トルク 2.5kgm ～ 3.0kgm (24.5 ～ 29.4 N・ｍ) ④ ダブルナットを取り外す。 ※ダブルナットを使用しながら取り付け ※ボルト取り付け方向の長さに注意 ※焼き付きや固着を防止するため、付属のボルトスムースペーストを塗布してください。注意ナットを取り外す時、絶対にボルトを動かさないように注意する。ボルトが動いた時は上記作業をやりなおす。 2.純正エキゾーストマニホールドの取り外し１.

３．ＴＯＭＥＩエキゾーストマニホールドの取り付け【各ボルト・ガスケットの装着位置図】同梱のボルト、ガスケットの使用箇所は下図の通りです。ナット（ノーマル使用） T=35N・m(3.6kgf-m) ⑥ ① ① ② ② ③ ④ ⑤ ⑥ ⑤ ② ⑤ サポートパイプ―Ｔ/C 間ガスケットマニ―サポートパイプ間ガスケットヘッド―マニ間ガスケットボルト M10×1.5 ワッシャーナット T/C－触媒間ガスケット ※焼き付きや固着を防止するため、付属のボルトスムースペーストを塗布してください。 ⑤ ※ ※ ② ※ ② ④ ③※ ④ ③※ ③※ ④ ナット（ノーマル使用） T=30N・m(3.

1. STUD BOLT INSTALLATION Install the supplied stud bolt to the support pipe of the TOMEI exhaust manifold with a double nut. ① Fix a double nut to the long side. Double nut side Support Pipe Side LONG SHORT ② Install the stud bolt in the TOMEI support Pipe. ③ Tighten the nut with a torque wrench. Torque Specs 2.5kgm ～ 3.0kgm (24.5 ～ 29.4 N・m) ④ Remove the double nut. * Lock it by using double nuts. * Pay attention to the length of the bolt directions.

3. INSTALLING THE TOMEI EXHAUST MANIFOLD 【Installation position chart of each bolt gasket】 The installation process of the supplied bolts and gaskets is shown as below. 3. Connect the temporary joint of the support pipe to a turbocharger by using a gasket. (Use a supplied gasket: Ref previous page ①) 4. Fix the gasket onto the cylinder head and the Exhaust Manifold temporarily. (Use a supplied gasket: Ref previous page ②) 5. Insert a gasket into a Exhaust manifold and a Support pipe and fix Exhaust manifold and a Support pipe. (An attached gasket: Previous page ② use) 6.
