The illustration above shows where each bolt goes on the block.

Intake Side : Stud Bolt short type

Exhaust Side: Stub Bolt long type

Exhaust Side where the distributor is located: Stud Bolt with the special end

CAUTION

■ Refer to the Workshop Service Manual for detailed instructions on dissembling and reassembling the engine

and auxiliaries.

■ Note the length of each bolt prior to installation.
