1．純正エキゾーストマフラーの取り外しここで記載するのは簡易手順です。各部の詳細な脱着方法は、必ず整備要領書を参照してください。 1 2 3 4 5 6 バッテリーマイナス端子をを取り外す。エキゾーストメインマフラーを取り外す。センターエキゾーストパイプを取り外す。車両右側のインナーフェンダー部にあるメインマフラー用ハンガーを取り外す。メインマフラー本体部にあるハンガーのグロメットカラーを取り外す。 EVO7/8日本仕様バンパー車に取付時はエキゾーストパイプ用ハンガーも取り外す。 2．TOMEI チタニウムマフラーの取付け【各ボルト・ガスケットの装着位置図】同梱のボルト、ガスケットの使用箇所は下図の通りです。 ④ ⑤ ⑥※ ⑦ ⑧ ⑤ ① ⑩ ⑩ ⑨ ⑥※ ⑪ ⑨ ⑫ ② ⑩ ⑲ ③ ⑳ 2 21 ⑬ ⑱ ⑭ ⑩ ⑯ ⑮※ ＜キット内付属品使用箇所と締付けトルク＞ ① ② ③ ④ ⑤ ⑥ ⑦ ⑧ ⑨ ⑩ ⑪ ⑫ メインパイプ A メインパイプ B サイレンサーASSY ガスケットワッシャ M12 ナット M12 ［56.0～94.0N・m(5.7～9.

ハンガー(前頁⑱) グロメットカラー(前頁⑲) M8ボルト(前頁21) 純正グロメットカラースプリングワッシャ(前頁⑳) メインパイプBフック 2-2. メインパイプBにクランプバンドを通し、各パイプのスプリングフック位置同士が水平になるように、メインパイプAに差し込む。同時にマフラーハンガーを取り付ける。 ※付属クランプバンド（前項⑦）使用。＜以下、EVO 7-9日本仕様バンパー車 EVO 8/9 北米仕様バンパー車共通項目＞ 3. サイレンサーASSYにクランプバンドを通し、スプリングフック位置同士が水平になるように、メインパイプBに差し込む。 ※付属クランプバンド（前項⑦）使用。サイレンサーASSYのプレスマークが真下にくるようにしてください。 4. サイレンサーバンドにサイレンサーラバーを取付け、サイレンサーに傷をつけないように注意しながら、エキゾーストハンガーに取り付ける。 ※付属クランプバンド（前図⑪・⑫）使用。 5 各部のクリアランスに注意しながら、前側から順に本締めを行う 5.

取り付け後の確認 1.各部に干渉がないか再度確認する。 2.エンジンを始動し、アイドリングから約2500rpm程度まで回転を上げ、排気漏れや異常音がないか確認する。 3.

1. REMOVAL OF THE STOCK STANDARD EXHAUST MUFFLER This manual only provides the simple instructions. For more details please refer to the vehicles official service manual. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Disconnect the cars negative terminal battery. Remove the exhaust main muffler. Remove the center exhaust pipe. Remove the exhaust muffler cover (rubber) from the car body's left side. Remove the main muffler hanger (bush) from the main part of the body.

Hanger (Ref # ⑱) Grommet Cover (Ref # ⑲) Spring Washer (Ref # ⑳) Stock Grommet Collar Muffler Bracket Arm Hook 2-2. Use the springs to hold the Main Pipe B to the Main Pipe A, then secure with the clamp band after you install the exhaust. INSTALLATION VERIFICATION 1. Check again the vehicle that there are no parts interfering with any other components. 2. Start the engine and let it idle first before taking it up to 2500 RPM to check and listen for any signs of exhaust leaks or any abnormal sounds. Then recheck the car again for any loose parts or gas leaks. 3. After the initial test drive check the car again for any signs of exhaust gas leakage and any loose parts, bolts and nuts.
