Other Important Operating Recommendations 1 Do not place food directly into heatwell -- always use insets and pans. 2 Always maintain food temperature of 150° F or above. Care & Cleaning 6 1 We recommend cleaning the appliance after each use. 2 Turn temperature dial to OFF and unplug appliance from outlet. 3 Allow appliance to completely cool. 4 Remove any pans or insets. Remove any water remaining in heatwell. 5 Do not immerse appliance in water. 6 Clean with a clean, damp cloth.
