 Helps you set up your watch.
 Updates the software on your watch when new versions become available.
 Updates golf course information on your watch.
 Transfers any settings you make on TomTom Sports to your watch.
 Updates the QuickGPSfix information on your watch.
Installing TomTom Sports Connect
You can download TomTom Sports Connect for free from here: tomtom.com/123/
Once installed, connect your watch to your computer using the USB dock.
